Ally McCoist reveals new Rangers dance moves could be seen if Europa League dream comes true

Ally McCoist is set to step in again if Rangers win the Europa League.

The Ibrox legend was filmed dancing on the gantry of BT Sport TV after Gers booked their place in the final following victory over RB Leipzig last month.

McCoist was enjoying the celebrations with the fans after John Lundstram’s late strike sent Rangers away to Sevilla on an emotional night in Govan.

The former Light Blues striker is in Spain with the broadcaster’s on-field team alongside Alex Rae, Kenny Miller, Owen Hargreaves and Stephen Craigan.

McCoist was Rangers’ assistant the last time they played in a major European final.

He was the right arm of the late Walter Smith as the pair guided their side to the UEFA Cup final in 2008.

That night in Manchester, however, ended in disappointment as Russians Zenit St Petersburg emerged 2-0 winners.

McCoist is desperate to see the Class of 2022 be better tomorrow night, and when Emma Dodds asked him if he was planning on cutting a rug one more time to celebrate, he admitted he practiced just in case or.

He told BT Sport: Well I have some news for you, if you think it was overkill, if we win tomorrow and manage to lift that trophy… I’ve been working on a move or two, that’s all I’m ready to say at this point!
