On Sunday, the 76-year-old actor posted a video on TIC Tac of him and three of his grandchildren dancing to a remix of the Pussycat Dolls song “When I Grow Up”.

“My grandchildren” the Happy Days alum captioned the sweet snap. In the 15-second clip, filmed in a living room, the children lined up in front of their grandfather, pulling away from the camera as Winkler dramatically slipped out of the frame as the pace slackened. Then the group returned to the camera to jump and dance as the music continued.

Winkler joined TikTok in November 2020, since posting light videos dancing around the house and hanging out with his dogs. The latest video marks her grandchildren’s debut on her page on the popular platform.

In a 2014 interview with Parade, Winkler revealed that his grandchildren did not know at the time that he was an actor.

When asked if young people knew he was in show business, the four-time SAG Award nominee replied, “They’re too young. They only know me as Dad!”

In the same conversation, Winkler said Parade this open communication was the secret of her happy marriage over the decades.

“I have to tell you something. I truly believe that the ear is the center of all relationships. It is not the heart, it is not the mind, it is the ear,” Barry said the actor. “Listening is the beginning and the end.”
