Manchester City defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis’ set to finalize his departure from the club this summer
The 19-year-old has been named as one of many promising youngsters to come out of the Premier League club’s academy – at a time of young talent which has seen Phil Foden and Jadon Sancho hone their skills on the Etihad campus.
After a successful loan spell with the Championship Blackburn Rovers towards the end of the 2020/21 season, where the defender made 19 league appearances, Harwood-Bellis should be heading into another year of development.

The Belgian club are led by Manchester City legend Vincent Kompany, who knows a thing, or two, about being a top center-back in the Premier League after 11 successful years playing sky blue.
The Etihad club will feel Harwood-Bellis are in good hands for the next phase of their development as they strive to break into Manchester City’s first team.
While the former Manchester City academy man has made just eight first-team appearances for Pep Guardiola’s side, typically in cup competitions, the club ‘believe in his talent‘, and subsequently extended his contract until 2024 last December.
