‘Miracle’ image of ‘Jesus Christ’ appears on IKEA men’s bathroom door in Glasgow
Flatbed furniture buyers believe they spotted the image of Jesus Christ on a man’s bathroom door at an IKEA in Glasgow.
While searching for new side tables and birch-framed armchairs, bettors at the Braehead furniture store discovered something that was not in the product catalog.
The pattern on the wooden door looks like a bearded man near the doorknob – sort of, Glasgow Live reports.
And while some say it must be the son of God, others think it looks more like Gandalf – the wizard in Lord of Rings, played by Ian McKellen in the movies.
But many are less convinced that this is some divine intervention, with one describing the veneer as resembling the rear of a dog.

A guy who spotted the appearance earlier this week on a trip to Ikea took to social media to ask others if they had already noticed.
He tweeted: “Em’day else timed Jesus at the back of the door to the men’s restroom in Ikea, Glasgow?
A buddy wasn’t for that, responding to the message by saying, hilariously, that the veneer on the door “looks like a dugs a ** e” rather than the Holy Son of God.
A quick glance on Twitter suggests he’s not the only person who was surprised as he was about to spend a dime.
Many more have shared their Jesus-watching experiences over the years since the store opened on the outskirts of the Scottish town in 2001.
Others have said it looks like Gandalf in the Lord of the Rings movies, while one person has gone as far as suggesting it looks more like terrorist leader Osama Bin Laden.
In similar news, mum Shaunagh Robert spotted the face of Jesus as she was making Christmas dinner last December.
The mother-of-two, from Waltham Abbey, Essex, said: “I would pull out the shoots, prop them up and follow them, and put a cross on the bottom.
“When I saw the face, I remember thinking ‘oh my god, that could be Jesus what, being so close to Christmas.
“I didn’t have the heart to cook him so I left the sprout in a corner cupboard and he sat there for a little while.
“After he stopped looking like Jesus, he was put in the green recycling bin.”
