Rajasthan Royals (RR) enjoyed a memorable season in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 reaching the final for the first time in 14 years under manager Sanju Samson. Although RR lost the final on Sunday May 29 to Gujarat Titans (GT), their loyal fanbase will remember the season fondly.

The team led by Samson played an extremely exciting brand of cricket that had cricket fans around the world to stand up and take notice. Additionally, Team RR seemed like an extremely tight-knit and fun bunch that enjoyed each other’s company.

That same was evident in the aftermath of the loss as star Yuzvendra Chahal’s wife, Dhanashree Verma, posted a wildly funny video showing herself teaching Jos Buttler and her husband some amazing dance moves. The clip went viral on the internet and captured the hearts of cricket fans as the orange and purple cap winner of IPL 2022 feasted on Bollywood music.

In the clip, Chahal gave up early on trying to match Dhanashree while Buttler did his best to mimic his moves. The leg-spinner’s wife is a professional dancer and is regularly seen posting clips showing off her talent in the field.

“This is us. The pink between orange and purple,” Dhanashree captioned her Instagram post which has already garnered over 5 Lakh likes on the photo-sharing app. In a previous post, she praised the Buttler’s influence on the team and the memories they’ve made over the past two months.

With a total of 863 runs, Buttler was awarded the orange cap in IPL 2022. Buttler’s record in the 2022 season is the second best season ever for a batter in IPL history after Virat Kohli , who scored 973 points during the 2016 season.

Meanwhile, Chahal won the purple cap after taking 27 wickets during the season. He beat Wanindu Hasaranga of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for the prize; who finished with 26 scalps in the recently concluded season. Chahal’s tally is the highest ever for a single-season spinner in the league.
